Challenge
Taking the existing site and layout and improving what was there to start. Built on Wordpress with a purchased template, make changes to the template in order to follow brand guidelines. Communicate updates or problems with all Project Managers, and complete any requested changes.
Solution
By creating custom CSS, I was able to change some of the styling used in the Wordpress template. Managed to use the 'portfolio' system within the template to build profiles for all students, and edit it to our needs.
This also meant deligating tasks to my team—primarily on receiving and communicating all required content from the class, and making sure all content is at the necessary quality and size.
For communication, we regularly had meetings with one or two of the Project Managers
